We
are pleased to introduce the newest version of our CM61c
low cost 1U server. The new CM61c 1U rackmount server
has been re-engineered to support the newest generation
of Intel processors. The
new CM61c supports the socket 478 processor with 400 and
533 Mhz Front Side Bus. In addition, it offers
new features such as front accessible USB ports, shorter
chassis length and a better air flow layout. With these
new features, we are still offering
the CM61 at the same low price as always.
The ColoMachine CM61c 1U rackmount server is
based on the Gigabyte GA-8i845GVM-RZ microATX motherboard.
It comes with an Intel Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz Processor
with 512K Level 2 Cache Memory with
a 533MHz system bus, a high performance 2 GB DDR266
Non-ECC memory modules and a 120GB 7200 RPM IDE Hard
Drive with 2 Mega Byte Cache memory.
In addition, the CM61c 1U server uses innovative thermal
cooling design to keep the CPU core temperature running
below 70° C
under a full stress condition.
Besides
a well designed hardware support, the new CM61c 1U servers
also offer an impressive operating system compatibility
list. Most of the popular operating systems such as Windows
XP professional, Windows 2003 server, Red hat and FreeBsd
are tested to ensure hardware
